FAQ
Is Studio ReForm beginner friendly?
Studio ReForm is open for all levels, especially for those who have never taken a class before. We have qualified instructors that teach a range of course levels from beginner to intermediate. For those who are starting out, please make sure to begin with our Intro classes, and slowly build your way up to the next levels.
What should I bring to class?
Please make sure to come to class in comfortable activewear and bring your own water bottle. We also ask that you bring your own mats for our mat pilates and yoga classes, and your own grip socks for our reformer classes. If you do not have your own equipment, we offer rentals for our mats and grip socks that are available to purchase in our studio.
What is the cancellation and late policies?
Our cancellation policy is 24 hours before the scheduled class time to receive a full refund. If you do not cancel/reschedule within this period, you will be charged the full amount. Please contact us to cancel/reschedule your class so that we can allow the next person on the waitlist into the class. We also ask that students arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time, as the instructors will begin class on time. If you are late more than 10 minutes after class has started, we reserve the right to deny entry into the studio.
What do I do if I am on the wait list?
If you have registered for a class that is full, you will automatically be placed onto our waitlist. Should there be a cancellation in the class you have registered for and you are next on the waitlist, you will receive an email confirmation. Once this email has been received, please confirm with our studio to reserve your spot. If we do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, we will automatically offer this spot to the next person on the waitlist.
